Xero-bookkeeping Customer invoices and statements

Customer details need to be entered once in the customer data base to enable easy invoice production.  Invoices can be printed and posted or efficiently sent by email to the customer as a .pdf document.

As the month-end approaches, customers owing money can be selected for statements which can also be printed and posted or preferably sent by email in .pdf format to arrive in a matter of minutes.
